Owned and Operated by the Rischer Family

History

Raymond’s Turkey Farm was started in 1950 by Claire and Raymond Rischer with only 24 turkeys. Their son, Jim and wife, Patt, entered the business in 1971. Through years of hard work and determination, they took over running the business in 1991.  Over the past 70 years, numerous generations have continued to raise our 20,000 Broad Breasted White Holland turkeys

Today

Our turkeys are bred, raised and slaughtered on the premises. We feed our turkeys a high quality grain diet and raise them in an open environment. This allows us to continue making our homemade products the same way since we began, using only the freshest ingredients and no preservatives. Jim and Patt’s children, Vickie, Jamie, and Kim are now responsible for daily business operations on the farm and in the kitchen.

Future

Jim and Patt’s younger grandchildren are also starting to enter in to the family business, making this the 4th generation at Raymond’s. We will continue to prepare the same quality products that our customers have come to know and love for the last 70 plus years.
